I came across a couple of new fall beer arrivals this weekend and picked them up without thinking twice. The first one I am going to try is Wychcraft, which is the only "see-through" beer available from Wychwood Brewey in Ontario...at least at the moment of writing this review.
I am feeling lazy and using the simplified review format for this post as well.
Color: medium to deep amber
Head: thin
Aroma: yeasty, grassy, slightly floral, buttery, a little sweet
Taste: light mouthfeel, light taste, citrusy, slightly malty, some sweetness
Finish: medium to long, crisp, dry, hoppy, some citrus making it a little tangy
Scores:
Cost - $3.45
Taste - 8.3/10
Overall - 8.3/10...pretty damn good light, yet very flavourful, and refreshing beer. I just wish the price was a bit lower
