Aguila Beer Review

Here is something new - beer from Colombia. And it is only $2.00 for a bottle, but mind you, it is a light beer.

The beer is pale golden in color and pours with a very thin, lively head. Its aroma is typical for a light lager with yeasty and grassy notes being dominant. The beer itself is bubbly and light tasting with a mild hoppy finish. There is a bit of a tang to the the taste, which creates a beer with a lemon experience. It does get more sour with time so if you are not into this taste, then you better stay away. There is not much character, but the beer is very easy to drink and very refreshing.

Scores:
Cost - $2.00
Taste - 6/10

Overall - 6/10...citrusy and refreshing but lacks overall character
