Found another Dieu du Ciel beer yesterday - Aphrodite. This one is a strong stout brewed with cocoa and vanilla and retails for $3.50.
Being a stout, it is black, really black and pours with a lacy, short, tan head. The aroma has a strong stout base with some noticeable sweet traces of vanilla and dark chocolate. The taste is a combination between a coke and a really good stout. It starts off bittersweet with a nice vanilla tone and transitions into a bold chocolate/coffee stout. The finish is a touch hoppy, a little malty with a subtle vanilla tone and a bold chocolate/coffee base, which starts turning warm after a few sips. Really good sipper and a recommendation if you enjoy stouts.

Overall - 9/10...I give it an extra 0.1 for the great use of vanilla. It really beefs up the aroma and taste
