Arbor Mist Raspberry Sparkle Review

And the holidays are officially here and I have a table full of booze for mixing...the beer is at a completely separate location and there is a lot of it. I picked up a bottle of Arbor Mist as something light and fruity for when I am not feeling like a glass full of scotch with a dash of bitters or a heavy double IPA.

This reminds me a lot of Samuel Smith's Organic Raspberry Ale, except with a bit more alcohol at the back end. The wine is highly carbonated with a strong, moderately acidic raspberry note at the start and a semi-sweet finish with a bit more of the raspberry flavour. This isn't a complex beverage, but for a bottle that costs only $6.95, it is a pretty good drink that will appeal to a wide range of guests.

Scores:
Cost - $6.95
Taste - 7/10
ABV - 8%

Overall - 7/10...cheap, easy to drink, not too sweet
